Registered counsellor and Psychotherapist for ADHD autism therapy neurodivergent therapy in Horsham Inner Growth Pathways

You're not broken — you're wired differently

For a long time, you may have worked harder than everyone else just to keep up — masking, adapting, pushing through exhaustion — while wondering why things that seem easy for others feel so much harder for you. Whether you've recently received an ADHD or autism diagnosis, suspect you might be neurodivergent, or have known for years but never had proper support, you don't have to keep navigating this alone.

I'm Gianluca, a registered psychotherapist based in Horsham, West Sussex. I offer neurodiversity-affirming therapy for adults — in person and online across the UK.

Who I work with

I work with adults who identify as neurodivergent, including people with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or combinations of these — often referred to as AuDHD. I also work with people who suspect they may be neurodivergent but haven't yet received a formal diagnosis. A diagnosis is not required to begin therapy.

Things we might explore together include:

  • The exhaustion of years spent masking — performing neurotypicality at a cost to yourself
  • Autistic burnout or ADHD burnout, and what recovery from that can look like
  • Chronic self-criticism, shame, or the persistent feeling of not being "enough"
  • Anxiety, depression, or relationship difficulties connected to how your mind works
  • The complex mix of grief, relief, and identity questions that can come with a late diagnosis
  • Rejection sensitive dysphoria (RSD) and its impact on your relationships and self-worth

Why work with me

I bring both professional training and lived experience to this work. I'm neurodivergent myself, which means I understand — not just theoretically — the particular exhaustion of feeling perpetually out of sync with a world not designed for the way your mind works.

I hold a CTA qualification in Relational Transactional Analysis and an MSc in Psychotherapy from Metanoia Institute. I'm registered with the NCPS and hold memberships with IARTA and EATA.

My approach is collaborative, relational, and led entirely by you — your pace, your priorities, your goals. I adapt how I work to suit the way your mind works, not the other way around.

I work with LGBTQ+ clients and my practice is fully affirming. The intersection of neurodivergence and LGBTQ+ identity brings its own particular experience — including late diagnosis, masking across multiple dimensions, and identity questions that rarely fit neatly into one box. All of that is welcome here.

How it works and what it costs

Individual sessions — £70

Sessions are 50 minutes and take place weekly, either face-to-face at my therapy room in Warnham, near Horsham, or online via a secure video link.

There's no fixed number of sessions — some people find that a shorter piece of work gives them what they need, while others prefer to work over a longer period. We'll review how things are going together as we go.

Free initial consultation

I offer a free 20-minute phone or video call before we begin. It's a chance for you to ask questions, share a little about what's bringing you here, and get a feel for whether working together seems right — with no obligation to continue.

If something on this page has resonated, I'd love to hear from you. Fill in the form below and I'll be in touch within 24 hours.
