You don't have to keep feeling this way

Anxiety, health anxiety, panic attack and depression are some of the most common reasons people seek therapy and help in the mental health service uk— and also some of the most isolating. You might find yourself lying awake at night with a mind that won't slow down, dreading situations that others seem to handle effortlessly, or feeling a heaviness that makes even small tasks feel overwhelming. Perhaps you've been managing it for so long that it's started to feel like just who you are.

It isn't. And you don't have to keep carrying it alone.

Anxiety and depression rarely stay in one area of life. They spread. They affect your relationships, your work, your sense of what you deserve, and your ability to enjoy the things that used to matter. You might recognise some of this: persistent worry or a sense of dread that's hard to switch off; low mood, tearfulness, or feeling strangely numb; difficulty concentrating or finding the motivation for even ordinary things; physical symptoms like tension, fatigue, or broken sleep; withdrawing from people or activities you once valued; or a harsh inner voice that keeps telling you you're not good enough.

Whether your anxiety feels like constant background noise or comes in waves of panic — whether your depression arrived suddenly or has been a quiet companion for years — therapy for depression and axiety can help.

How I work with anxiety, health anxiety, panic attack and depression

My approach is rooted in Relational Transactional Analysis, drawing also on humanistic and psychodynamic thinking. Rather than simply managing symptoms, we work together to understand where your anxiety or depression comes from — the patterns, the early experiences, and the beliefs about yourself and the world that may be quietly driving how you feel today.

This isn't about giving you a list of techniques to follow or telling you how to think. It's about creating a genuinely safe, collaborative space where you can begin to understand yourself more deeply — and, over time, relate to yourself with greater compassion and ease.

I offer both face-to-face therapy in Horsham, West Sussex, and secure online sessions across the UK.
